Thanks! I had no idea how to fix this one, though in hindsight assigning to a
void * and then reassigning to the right type was always likely to work. (And
it does save really quite a lot of memory... there can be many millions of
dynhash members without freeing functions instantiated at once because of their
use in cd_type_hashes in the deduplicator.)
