patch always passing -lz and only removing -L with-system-lib
When running autoreconf -f -i with libtool 2.4.6,
then configuring with --with-system-zlib,
the linker fails to find the deflate symbol for gas.
For the record, -f works without -i.
The attached patch copies the solution used by {bfd,binutils}/Makefile.am.
