Hello,

Our fuzzer detected a Division-By-Zero bug in
"_bfd_elf_write_secondary_reloc_section(..)" function in "bfd/elf.c".

The fuzzer-generated input that can trigger the bug has been attached.
The bug can be triggered using "strip" program (V 2.35.1) and by passing
"--strip-unneeded" option.
