>From looking at that, I would say that we have no usable RISC-V ifunc support
at all. So this isn't a simple bug fix, but rather adding a major missing
feature to the RISC-V bfd port. And given how busy I am, I don't know when I
will have time to complete this. I started on a trial patch, but got
interrupted by other work and I don't have anything useful working yet.
