--- Comment #7 from Florian Weimer <fweimer at redhat dot com> --- The dynamic linker cannot easily reject to load binaries with a specific program note because it uses the NOTE program header, and separated debuginfo currently has invalid program headers (well, the headers themselves are valid, but they do not refer to data in the executable).
