https://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=20436 It appears to be a direct consequence of your patch from 2016-04-21: * testsuite/lib/ld-lib.exp (check_lto_available): Return 1 on Linux with GCC 4.9 or newer.
