--- Comment #2 from cbaylis at gcc dot gnu.org --- I don't have a compelling use case, other than that ARMv6-M is a subset of ARMv7-M, so it seems like users may have a reasonable expectation that their ARMv6-M code would work on ARMv7 targets.
