I think this is somewhat broken. Magic section names are bad. Command line
options are good. When we see both, we should prefer the command line option,
not ignore it. However, I'm willing to make gold be compatible with GNU ld
here, and I've committed a change which should do so. Let me know if you see
any other differences.
