A module linked with gold (GNU Binutils 2.20.51.20100112) causes oops when inserting it into the kernel because of a bad reference to a constant in ".rodata.str1.1" section from code in ".init.text". I haven't analyzed the problem in depth, so maybe there is some kernel bug, but it seems that gold with -r -T options changes sections' VMA/LMA. GNU ld does not do it.
