We were linking -lnss3 which works fine with GNU ld, but with GNU gold you suddenly get lots of unresolved references to PR_ functions. If you know about this bug/feature then it is easy to figure out you need to add -lnsrp4 explicitly. But otherwise (especially in a large final link command) it is a bit mystifying why the "replacement linker" didn't work.
