What's this, a new command called "pdf". I must try it!

$ pdf
bash: pdf: command not found
$ ls -d pdf
pdf

Oh, all along it was one of my directories.

Well if I saw
$ pdf<TAB>
pdf/ pdf2ps pdfcrack pdffonts pdfinfo pdfsig pdftocairo pdftoppm

Then I would know it was a directory, instead of a command.

I see there is a
  mark-directories (On)
              If set to On, completed directory names have a slash appended.
but...
