[GNU Autoconf 2.72] testsuite: 19 failed

I am attempting to compile and install autoconf on my new laptop and make check 
failed at:

19: autoconf: timestamp changes FAILED (tools.at:698)

Please see the attached testsuite.log file from make check.

My system is as follows:

MacBook Pro 14”
MacOS Sequoia 15.1.1
Apple M4 Max (16 core)
64GB RAM
