I don't recommend using blanks in filenames.  But sadly, that's pretty common
on Windows.  My Java installation is named "C:\Program Files\Eclipse
Adoptium\jdk-21.0.4.7-hotspot".  The macro ax_jni_include_dir will break this
up into components, generating include definitions like:

CPPFLAGS = -D_REENTRANT -D_THREAD_SAFE  -IC:/msys64-2024/usr/include
-I/c/Program -IFiles/Eclipse -IAdoptium/jdk-21.0.4.7-hotspot/include
-I/c/Program -IFiles/Eclipse -IAdoptium/jdk-21.0.4.7-hotspot/include/win32


Platform:  MSYS_NT-10.0-22631
autoconf (GNU Autoconf) 2.72
