Great. I haven't tested the latest code from the git repo since the bootstrap process has a coreutils dependency (calls realpath, didn't dig further) and current coreutils is broken on OS X. Maybe I can try applying a patch of your commit to the published RC archive. All my testing has been with the source from autoconf-2.72e.tar.gz.
