Details:
As explained in
https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-autoconf/2018-12/msg00001.html, the
AC_PROG_YACC macro, which did support Yacc well in 2.69, now is buggy.
The change
https://git.savannah.gnu.org/gitweb/?p=autoconf.git;a=commitdiff;h=42761668c0300afa7f8bf5ba736458a818cd5d15
should better be reverted and instead a new macro AC_PROG_BISON should be
added, for proper Bison support.
Akim Demaille, the original author of said change, approved the plan in
https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-autoconf/2018-12/msg00002.html .
