Cygwin has known bugs with named pipes, and they are so severe that
autotest parallel tests are known to fail on that platform. There's
nothing autoconf can do about it until cygwin's pipe implementation is
fixed.
For me, autoconf-2.68's testsuite seems to hang in test 199, after
having emitting several FAILEDs on preceeding tests.
Which tests?
