Hmm. Apparently some changes in m4 broke compatibility with ancient autoheader and autoupdate. That's unfortunate, but I don't think anyone will be interested in fixing it. Autoconf 2.64 is 8 years newer than 2.50, and should work better. Please use that. Thanks, Ralf
