I've reloaded Package Manager from https://github.com/blakemcbride/APL-Pkg.git and much of APL Library will not ]pkg load. The errors appear to be caused by creating variables (with the appropriate prefix).
Starting with version 0-2-3 (6/8/2019) of my APL Library you can
populate the library's workspaces in Package Manager.
