hello, i'm trying to get gnu-apl running on a Mac under macOS Mojave 10.14.4, i installed it using brew. i have a large number of .atf files that were generated using ibm apl2 under windows. when i try to )in one of them i get 'no such file or directory'. if i try to read a transfeer file with ⎕FIO[49] i get an (almost) endless stream of 'truncated UTF8 string' errors. is there an assumption that a .atf file is UTF8-encoded? is there some other problem
