I have received a report that (after fixing a fault that was introduced
after the GNU APL 1.5 release
and fixed in *SVN 629*), GNU APL now compiles and runs under 64-bit
Cygwin on "Windows 8.1 Pro".
X was not used, and the build was the normal *./configure ; make ;
ma**k**e install*.
