I plan for this to be the final release of akt.

Changes since 1.1 are:

1. Command line option -n causes akt to pass Ctrl-C to the output rather
than signaling the listening process. This is to be used with programs
(e.g. nano) that expect to see a typed Ctrl-C instead of receiving a
SIGINT signal.

2. akt checks that its input is a tty.
