[Bug-apl] show ./configure'd directories

Hi,

I have added a few command line options by which other
programs (like libraries) can figure how GNU APL was configured.

For example:

    eedjsa@Server65:~/apl/apl-1.3/src$*apl --show_src_dir**
**    /home/eedjsa/apl/apl-1.3/src*

See *apl -h* for all such options.
