I finally made it work very smoothly with GNU APL by using the LD_PRELOAD mechanism. A comilable and usable version is on github. In a few minutes, the new video will be available and I strongly suggest interested people to have a look at it. (the "readline" call from GNU APL is caught by my preload library, which calls the real readline library after a bit of customization. Best regards, -- Thomas Baruchel
