Title:
Installer not allowing completion of "Who are you" screen before
  jumping to the slideshow.

Bug description:
  Ubuntu-Budgie 23.10 20231010.1

Running manual partitioning testcase on a QEMU/KVM VM. Installer
subsequently crashed, so unfortunately no data available from live ISO
  session.

Manual partitioning was setup without difficulty. Likewise "where are
you". But during "Who are you" setup, I was not able to enter a
password before the slideshow began and I no longer had access to that
screen. I was able to enter PC name, but that's all. The partition
manager doesn't appear to have actually written anything to disk.
  (Original partitions are still there.)

I ran the procedure twice, and it happened both times.
