Public bug reported:
Every time I start/restart my computer the letters å, ä and ö is not
working/'active'. I have to launch Keyboard -> 'Input sources' -> add 'Swedish
(Sweden)' -> 'Swedish (Macintosh)' or 'Swedish (no dead key)' depending on
which one of them I activated last time.
Quite annoying I have to say...
