Public bug reported:

I upgraded from Ubuntu Budgie 18.10 to 19.04 . There is no issue with
networking when booting from start. But whenever there is an automatic
suspend, DNS seems not being resolved. I can connect using IPs. Also,
when I try to restart network manager using "sudo service network-
manager restart", it fails. "journalctl -xe" reports error as
:"networkmanager: failed to set invocation ID".

** Affects: ubuntubudgie
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
