invisible text in raven/sound output switcher

Bug description:
The Apps/Devices tabs in the sound output switcher plugin for Raven
are invisible when not using the "Built-in theme" option with Widgets
set to "Pocillo".
Steps:
- Make sure built-in theme is disabled in Budgie Desktop Settings
- Widgets set to Pocillo
- Open Raven
- Apps/Devices tabs are not visible under the output volume slider
- Enable built-in theme
- Apps/Devices tabs are visible
System description:
- OS: Ubuntu Budgie 18.10
- GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 1070
Packages:
- Budgie Desktop 10.4
- Nvidia Graphics Drivers 410.73
