It is part of budgie-desktop v10.5 officially which should debut in
19.04.
We will be making budgie-desktop v10.5 available through our backports
PPA for 18.04 and 18.10 users as well.
18.10 have a version of this capability already - it has been slightly
tweaked in budgie-desktop v10.5. 18.04 users have the 18.10 version of
budgie-desktop available to them through our backports PPA.
