It's not the first time I see this error:
cc: error: no such file or directory: 'amd64'
=> Somes ports didn't like when we set the target arch name.
In place of patching each ports, I've try to fix this problem once for all
with BSDRP/patches/ports.Mk.patch.

Can you confirm that is patch is correctly used and applied to your
customized project ?
