Language profiles aren't istalled. There's a new feature in brltty on Android that should do what you're looking for. Create a top-level folder in your internal memory (usually /sdcard, /storage/something, or something like that) named brltty. If you have an external SD card slot, you can also create a top-level brltty folder there. It looks in both places. Try placing your .lpf files there. On Android, language profiles should work for switching braille tables, etc, but won't yet work for translating brltty's messags.
