[BRLTTY] /etc/brlty is full of empty folders

I tried uninstalling and removing all of BRLTTY. When I reinstalled,
it created all the directories under /etc/brltty, but they're all
empty. It also didn't create the config file. Why is this? How do I
make it recreate these files? Thanks.
