hi Thank you very much for offering to help me. I'll gladly accept. I've tried working with the pulse people before, and while they didn't blow me off, they seemed a little bit ... reluctant to help. It's as if when I mentioned accessibility they glazed over. Oh, well we don't know anything about that, kind of response. What should I do next?
