The controls on the braille device always work. Specifying a keyboard table 
doesn't override that. If you specify a keyboard table then both work.

That being said, no, you can't specify more than one keyboard table at a time. 
You can achieve the same effect, though, if you really want to do it, by 
defining your own keyboard table that includes as mahy other ones as you want.

That won't work as you can only specify one.
