Thanks. I've finally gotten around to looking at this one. I have a couple of 
questions:

Am I correct that the symlink creates /dev/braille? If so, why is the BindsTo 
to dev-braille? Is dev- a magic prefix that means /dev?

Are you able to test this with two USB braille devices? I'm interested to know 
if each one starts its own brltty, and if disconnecting each one stops the 
correct brltty.
