It's certainly a PC-style keyboard with numeric keypad. There are little pins
to show the state of capslock, numlock and scroll-lock. 40 display cells + 4
status cells; vertical and horizontal optical sensors.

If you can find one in working order, it should do what you need. You'll need
the latest firmware for BRLTTY compatbility and a working serial interface.
