Yes, if it's supposed to do something internally with that combination, then 
I'd say yes. Note that sending the key events wouldn't, in and of itself, be 
wrong, but, nevertheless, the internal action should still happen. Of course - 
and you'd need to consult the manual for this - it could be that, when in 
braille display mode, the device doesn't handle that combination internally. 
Another possibility is that it may be expecting the driver to trigger the 
internal action.

What, exactly, are you expecting to happen when yu're entering Chord+m?

Which exact model do you have?
