Although it's a bit off topic now I nevertheless want to post the answer of the ncmpc developer. Maybe it's helpful for someone: He already implemented the tty cursor cause in the past another blind person requested it. But it must be activated in the config file ~/.ncmpc/config: hardware-cursor = yes
