Hi!
I tried changing the comports with no luck.
So i decided to conect the brailledisplay to the com1 which is the onl
real serial port i have on this computer.
That worked perfectly.
Not sure what went wrong with the prolific bridge but it seems it is
damaged.
Or something because i have problems with other devices using this
serial to usb converter.

Actually i am running brltty 4.2.3 for windows with nvda.
And i had to do some changes to my system and therefore had to change
com port for the braillex el 80 i have here.
However i had it on com1 and changed it to com9 using a
profilic usb to serial bridge.
The brlttcnf.exe that comes with the windows version doesn't have the
papenmeier braille driver included.
Your log shows that brltty is using the Papenmeier driver, but on COM2 (not on
COM9). Note that the log starts out with these two warnings:
brltty.exe: configuration directive specified more than once: braille-device
brltty.exe: configuration directive specified more than once: braille-driver
Please ensure that each directive is specified only once in order to eliminate
any ambiguity.
