IIRC, those keys are referred to as the typewriter keyboard or "normal 
keys". The extended keyboard (keypad) is the keys in between the typewriter 
keys and the keypad: The "6 pack" (Insert/Delete, Home/End, Page Up/Page 
Down) and the four arrow keys below them. It might also include the 3 keys 
above: Pause, Scroll Lock, Print Screen. Desktop.ktb does not refer to any 
of these extended keys, unless they end up being synonyms to the keypad 
keys - I can't remember.
