Hi, People have reported issues with USB on windows. Dave has just fixed an issue with the handling of ETIMEDOUT (error 116), which may fix these issues. I have hence uploaded a new mingw build of brltty 3.8+svn3139, available on http://brl.thefreecat.org/brltty/brltty-win-3.8-svn3139.zip
