Actually, it was a very good point. Small government and low taxation libertarians don't explain how these infrastructure services are to be maintained if the mechanisms for maintaining them are disbanded. And we've seen in the UK and Australia what privatising the infrastructure does - it leads to increased costs, poorer service and poorer standards.
