You can leave the troll. It's taken only a few posts for me to realise that John has zero interest in engaging with any point, just repeating his own point over and over, and then using _ad hominem_ like he's doing in response to Brad. Thought I'd see if the previous 3 years demonstration that deregulation completely failed had mellowed him or changed his mind, but it apparently hasn't. But there's of course a solution to trolls - to not read or respond when it becomes clear they're trolling. Easy, and civilised.
