Well, Julia, in my experience (is that abbreviated IME?), it doesn't get better until they go to college, and even then they come home and disrupt your schedule =+)). I *still* wonder where the time goes, but I know way too much of it disappears into my computer screen.
Mothers of young children all need a wife, IMO. I have a theory about working mom's and nanny/housekeepers that run along those lines...
