That fact is amazing to me. The very same people who whispered eight years ago that 5.5 years as a prisoner of war made McCain unstable and untrustworthy spent months using that same heroic survival tale as a clarion call to dismiss legitimate questions about the man. I'd ask how those people sleep at night, but since I know that answer is probably "On a large pile of money, with many beautiful ladies" I guess I know how after all.
