I've heard of people fired because someone *else* sent them porn at work.
Me, I'd just block the offending e-mail address with whatever blacklist I
had for the work system.
It's one thing to order something or buy it. It's another thing to have
it sent to you unsolicited. If it's not your fault that it's in your
possession (really easy to do with e-mail and texting), I think you should
go after the *sender* and leave it at that.
