Hm. Maybe I should invite a few of them over to use the hot tub, that
would make for something hot but still acceptable within the bounds of my
pyrophobia.
The other thing I've thought about is getting someone to train me as a
"spotter" for a fire performer, and then I've got a good way to deal with
the phobia -- swoop in with the wet towel when it's needed. (I just hate
it when people start to set their clothing on fire by accident.)
