just being sardonic, rob. there is nothing intrinsically wrong with
making money, it's how you make it, and how you spend it, that
matters...
however, i would not be surprised if there is some sort of correlation
between being extremely wealthy, and situational ethics.
i'm sure we a know some highly educated people who live minimalist
lifestyles.
this guy is evidently some kind of civil servant, which doesn't require
high intelligence. even janitors can make a decent living working for
the federal government.
