Sorry to be a little late this week..

Baltimore at Cincinnati - You'll have to take my word that I registered
this pick before the game, but with the Bengals at home, on the brink of
playoff elimination, and a killer schedule ahead, this was a must-win
game in comparison to a Ravens team that will likely win this division
no matter what happens. Pick: BENGALS

Arizona at St. Louis - How bad is Arizona? The Cardinals had a kick
return for a TD and a 100 yard fumble return for a TD last week in
Minnesota, and still never really threatened to win the game. Oye.
Pick: RAMS

Detroit at New England - And incredibly, the Lions might be even worse..
On the road against a Patriots team that is beginning its traditional
late-season surge, this looks like a free lunch. Pick: PATRIOTS

San Diego at Buffalo - The Bills might have a chance if it comes down to
the last play - they've won their last two that way. Of course, in
their last two games, the opposing Jaguars and Texans have both managed
a gaudy 6+ yards per carry. I don't think that Marty Schottenheimer
will make the mistake of falling to exploit this weakness to the very
last drop.. Pick: CHARGERS

San Francisco at New Orleans - The Saints just got a huge win to sweep
Atlanta last week, and can now incredibly start thinking playoffs.
Pick: SAINTS

Minnesota at Chicago - A dome team on the road as the Bears come home
smarting from a tough loss. Pick: BEARS

Kansas City at Cleveland - This game will prove the Chiefs to be
contenders or pretenders. They're the better team on paper, but a loss
here would seriously damage their playoff chances. So, I'm thinking
the former, especially with the Browns self-imploding. Pick: CHIEFS

Atlanta at Washington - For some unknown reason, I think that the
Falcons are going to have to win at some point.. Pick: FALCONS

New York Jets at Green Bay - The Jets are a classic, mediocre,
up-and-down team. With the wind whipping in the Midwest, I think Chad
Pennington runs into trouble, and Brett Favre has one last hurrah at
home. Pick: PACKERS

Indianapolis at Tennessee - Well, the Titans lost by one in Indy - so
they might pull off the upset at home. But really, could the Colts
seriously lose two in a row? Vince Young got the miracle against the
Giants last week, but he's just not good enough to keep up with Peyton
Manning. Pick: COLTS

Houston at Oakland - I'll go with Oakland's surprisingly tough defense
giving them the edge. Pick: RAIDERS

Jacksonville at Miami - The Jaguars' injuries are finally catching up
with them, as they proved last week in Buffalo, while the Dolphins are
meanwhile playing defense at a high level, and have had a long week
since last Thursday to get ready. Pick: DOLPHINS

Dallas at NY Giants - The Giants' backs are completely against the wall
after blowing a game in Tennessee they had well in hand - and Tony
Romo-mania is so out of control, it is almost destined to come back to
earth. Throw in a few Giants starting to get healthy, and. Pick: GIANTS
UPSET SPECIAL

Tampa Bay at Pittsburgh - The all-disappointment bowl. Pick: STEELERS

Seattle at Denver - I can't believe the Broncos are favored in this one.
The Seahawks are getting Alexander and Hasselbeck healthy, and the
Broncos are starting a rookie after benching Jake Plummer. Pick:
SEAHAWKS

Carolina at Philadelphia - The Panthers are desperate after being upset
by Washington last week, and the Eagles just aren't as good without
Donovan McNabb. Pick: PANTHERS
