Should women who get abortions get the death penalty? Or just 10 years? Or [with irony] 18 years? If you want abortion to be a crime you must have some kind of penalty in mind and you must want to put more people in our overcrowded prisons otherwise it is no use criminalizing abortion. You do understand this will be a very frequently avoided, evaded, and broken law? How much jail time should the doctor(if it is indeed a medical professional) get?
