We can't ever be sure that we're thinking logically either, as we think
the thoughts our brains make us think, and those thoughts might be

Is that a serious question? In case it's not, my short
answer is that we don't ever "know", but eventually get
to use Okham's Razor. It would be very hard for illogic
to consistently hide from us.
